Session 0: January 20, 2026 —> Session 35: March 2, 2027
Program is 1 year (12 Months) Long:
– 150 minutes per week and Weigh-Ins
– Daily Food Journal Posts
– 16 weekly Group sessions (Months 1-6)
– 20 Bi – weekly Group Sessions (Months 7-12)
– Total = 36 Group Sessions
– Five (5) Absences Maximum allowed for Make-up (Follow-Up) Sessions
– You can also schedule an appointment for an individual private meeting with your lifestyle coach for wellness questions, tips, and advice.
