Good news!! Research has shown that people who drink moderate amounts of coffee a day may have a longer life span! A seven-year research study tracked the coffee consumption and health of more than 70,000 participants. The study revealed that those who drank 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups of coffee a day, whether sweetened with one teaspoon of sugar or plain, still benefited and reduced their chances of having health conditions like cancer and cardiovascular disease than those who did not drink coffee.
