Adele has lost more than 100 pounds in the last two years and has attributed it to her exercise routine, which consists of weightlifting and circuit training. Adele admits that she loves weight training and has recently gotten heavy into deadlifting. When she first started deadlifting, she was lifting only 10 pounds. Now, she is lifting over 170 pounds! When it comes to cardio, Adele enjoys boxing and hiking.
Adele also revealed that she does work with a trainer several days a week to maximize her workouts which she feels is a good investment. Not only did exercise help her lose weight, but exercising also helped to improve her mental health, which helped her deal with anxiety and made her feel much better.
Adele doesn’t share much of her weight loss journey and success with the public or on social media because she feels that she is losing weight for herself and not to impress others.
