As we close out 2025, I want to share a message that reflects the heart of our community:
Don’t stop believing in your health, your goals, or your ability to change your life.
At TAT Health Solutions, our Fit Fam community includes current participants, NDPP graduates, maintenance members, supporters, and hundreds of people across the country who follow our work. Whether you joined one of our programs, read our blog posts, attended events, or simply believe in healthier living—you are part of this community.
A Year of Growth and Commitment
This year, many of you made powerful changes:
- showing up for weekly sessions
- replacing old habits with healthier ones
- walking more and becoming more active
- preparing simple, nutritious meals
- drinking more water
- practicing consistency, even when motivation faded
- checking in with your goals, one day at a time
- staying connected with others who want better health
These daily choices matter. They add up. They shape the bigger picture of your health and well-being.

Celebrating Our Fit Fam Maintenance Program
We also want to lift our Fit Fam Maintenance Program, now entering its third year in February 2026. This group includes individuals who completed the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) and decided to continue their journey with long-term support, accountability, and education.
Some members are starting their first year, some their second, and many are moving into year three—consistently showing what commitment and follow-through look like.
The Maintenance Program is open to any NDPP graduate and also to individuals who simply want continued support for living healthier, lowering their A1C, maintaining weight loss, or preventing chronic disease.
We celebrate everything our maintenance members have accomplished — and everything YOU are working toward, too.

Keep believing in yourself.
Keep believing in the process.
Keep believing that your health is worth the effort.
