Happy Thanksgiving! What will you bring to the table this Thanksgiving?

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Here are a few ideas if you are planning to take a dish for a Thanksgiving holiday dinner and want something healthy. Cooking your dishes with chicken broth and light sour cream can help lower the fat, calories, and sugar. Skip the brown sugar and marshmallows, and use less butter if making sweet potatoes. Take vegetable platters with dip or fruit platters which are healthy and filling for appetizers. If you plan to take drinks, try sparkling water or spritzer drinks. If you can, take a walk early in the morning or after dinner to help burn some of those holiday calories. Enjoy!
