At TAT Health Solutions, one of the most rewarding parts of what we do is watching participants take control of their health and make lasting lifestyle changes.
Today, we are proud to celebrate Carinne and the incredible progress she has made in our National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP).

Carinne’s Progress After Just 4½ Months
The photos above represent approximately 4½ months of commitment, consistency, and healthier lifestyle choices.
What makes Carinne’s achievement especially impressive is that our Diabetes Prevention Program is a 12-month program, and she has already made significant progress before reaching the halfway point.
When people see before-and-after photos, they often focus on weight loss. While weight loss can be an important part of improving health, the real success comes from the healthy habits developed along the way.
Carinne’s progress reflects:
- Increased physical activity
- Healthier eating habits
- Consistent participation in program activities
- Improved confidence and motivation
- A commitment to long-term health
These are the habits that create sustainable change
Why Prevention Matters
Recently, I spoke with a woman whose husband has experienced severe complications from Type 2 diabetes, including amputations and dialysis treatments.
Stories like these remind us why diabetes prevention is so important.
Many people with prediabetes feel perfectly healthy and may not realize they are at risk. Without intervention, prediabetes can progress to Type 2 diabetes and increase the risk of serious health complications.
The good news is that research shows lifestyle changes can significantly reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
Small Changes Lead to Big Results
One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that improving health requires drastic changes.
The truth is that small, consistent actions often produce the greatest long-term results.

These simple actions add up over time and can create meaningful improvements in health and quality of life.
Carinne’s journey is a perfect example of what can happen when someone commits to making gradual, sustainable changes.
Congratulations, Carinne!
We are incredibly proud of Carinne’s hard work and dedication.
Her success is inspiring not only to our team but also to other participants who are working toward their own health goals.
We look forward to supporting her throughout the remainder of the program and celebrating her continued success.
